I love crafting/creating with food and Belli's Bites are my canvas. My hope is to inspire others to want to and be able to make fun, healthy snacks and lunches for their children! Some of Belli's Bites are elaborate but most of her lunches I make while she is having breakfast before school in the morning (10-15 mins). With a little creativity and some mini cookie cutters it is easy to turn a simple lunch into a wonderful lunch! (A little edible glitter helps too!)
